Maintenance
Maintenance service is a very important part of property management. Without proper maintenance, you risk a dissatisfied guest, unplanned expenses, and serious physical damage to your home and property. Our monthly maintenance service protects you by mitigating these risks. It is our goal to minimize your operating expenses by providing you outstanding maintenance services, protecting your home and your investment.

Swimming Pool.
The swimming pool is serviced each week, including vacuuming, brushing, washing out the filter, checking and adjusting the chemical levels, and inspecting pool filtration and heating equipment for proper operation. A chemical and action log is also kept with the pool equipment for record.

Landscape Maintenance.
Includes mowing of lawns, edging along all concrete and flowerbeds, strimming, blowing off debris from driveway and walkways.

Pest Control. Interior pest control is performed bi-weekly and as needed to prevent the invasion of unwanted pests.

General Maintenance
Includes replacement of standard light bulbs, replacing the A.C.filter and pool door battery replacement. Services performed by subcontracted, specialized repair companies or out of normal hours are at additional cost.

Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping service is performed after each guest has checked out. We ensure the house is fully prepared and cleaned for the next guest. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully cleaned and soap and toilet paper is left in each bathroom. The bedrooms are cleaned, beds are remade and all linens and towels are washed, dried and replaced. The entire house is dusted, vacuumed and all trash is removed. A cleaner will conduct these duties and a housekeeper will then visit with a checklist to spot check the homes inventory. A cleaner is required after every guest has checked out and charged to the homeowner.

  • We do not charge you for placing bookings into your own home.
  • We do not tie you into a long-term contract.
  • We do not charge you for turning on planned pool heat for arriving guests.
  • We do not charge you to market your home on our web site.
