Rental Policys
|
Reservation Deposit & Payment:
- A $250.00 deposit is due upon reservation.
- Full payment (less deposit) due 31 days prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit is required on every rental home, regardless of duration. This is taken in the form of an imprint and approval on a credit card upon reservation confirmation and is released upon departure providing there has not been any damage or theft to the home. If the guest does not have a credit card, a $250 cash deposit will be required, which will be refunded by mail within 30 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are 50% refundable.
- 0% refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Miscellaneous:
- All reservations subject to 13% state lodging tax.
- Reservations crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by their prospective dates & season.
- For reservations of 4 nights or less a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Pool heating, $20.00/Day or $140.00/Week (5 day minimum).
- Monthly rates are based on 28 nights.
- Check-In: 4:00 P.M. Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.
- No pets and no smoking are allowed in Royalty Vacation Homes.
